Jnane Tamsna

DAKHLA, MOROCCO

Jnane Tamsna, situated on a 9-acre estate, is a serene haven where the grace of Moroccan architecture and the splendor of nature converge. Five guest houses dot the site, each with a distinctive décor that pays homage to the varied heritage of the nation. The rooms and suites have a timeless and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the combination of traditional Moroccan features and contemporary amenities.

Jnane Tamsna's vast gardens are among its most alluring attractions. The gardens, created by co-owner and ethnobotanist Gary Martin, are an opulent mosaic of fragrant plants, olive groves, and palm trees. Every plant has been carefully chosen for its cultural value as well as its aesthetic appeal, transforming a stroll into an adventure through Moroccan history and custom. In addition to providing a haven for different bird species, the gardens enhance the feeling of tranquility and closeness to the natural world.

The interior designs of Jnane Tamsna honor Moroccan artistry. Each room is decorated with colorful textiles, handcrafted furnishings, and elaborate mosaics that create a warm and inviting ambiance. However, there's also a hint of international influence, since items gathered from all over the world contribute to the distinctive, diverse charm. As a result, the area has a pleasantly modern air mixed with an authentically Moroccan vibe.
